TheEuromex iScope Darkfield Microscope with E-Plan IOS Objectives是理想的for live blood cell analysis. A state-of-the-art condenser equipped with reflective cardioid mirrors, with an integrated high powered 5 W LED light source. Together with a S100x objective with built-in iris diaphragm this forms a 1000x magnification darkfield solution. The power supply of the 5 W LED light source is built in the microscope. The darkfield condenser can easily be exchanged for a brightfield condenser which is also included.

Product Specifications

Viewing Head	Trinocular Siedentopf type head, 360° rotatable, 30° inclined Ø 23.2 mm tubes. Interpupillary distance is adjustable between 48 to 76 mm. Fixed built-in 50:50 beamsplitter and one ± 5 diopter adjustment on the Ø 23.2 mm left tube. Unique rotating system allows the ergonomic positioning of both tubes in a high (431 mm) and in a low position (397 mm). Trinocular head comes with Ø 23.2 mm photo port and prisms designed to minimize the light absorption for perfect digital imaging.
Eyepieces	Extended wide field EWF 10x/20 mm eyepieces.
Nosepiece	Revolving quintuple reversed nosepiece on ball bearings.
Objectives	E-Plan IOS 4x/0.10, 10x/0.25, S40x/0.65, S100x/1.25 oil immersion infinity corrected objectives. S100x oil objective has built-in iris diaphragm. Optics are anti-fungus treated and anti-reflection coated for maximum light throughput.
Stage	140 mm x 160 mm stage equipped with integrated 75 x 50 mm mechanical stage.
Focusing	Coaxial coarse and fine adjustments with 200 graduations. Precision 1 μm, 0.2 mm per rotation.Total travel approximately 24 mm. Supplied with an adjustable rack stop to prevent damage to sample and objectives. Coarse adjustments are equipped with friction control.
Condenser	Height adjustable 5 w cardioid mirror darkfield condenser.
Illumination	3 W NeoLED™ illumination, cardioid mirror oil immersion condenser with 5 W LED illumination. iCare Sensor: the illumination of the microscope automatically switches off when the microscopist steps away from his position, saving energy.
